1. Our Services

ArabiPro provides live 1-on-1 online Arabic language classes for kids and adults, taught by native Arabic-speaking tutors via Zoom, WhatsApp video, or Google Meet. Our published curriculum covers four levels: the Alphabet, Reading & Vocabulary, Conversation & Grammar, and Quranic Arabic.

2. Free Trial

The 3-day free trial includes 3 full live 1-on-1 classes. No payment card is required and there is no obligation to continue after the trial. The trial is limited to one per student and is intended for genuine new students assessing our classes.

3. Fees & Cancellation

• Monthly fees are billed in advance and confirmed on WhatsApp before any payment.
• Published plans: Starter $34/month, Regular $48/month, Intensive $79/month; sibling discount of 10% applies.
• You may cancel at any time — classes already paid for are completed; there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
• We do not store card details on this website. Payment details are confirmed over WhatsApp for each arrangement.

4. Class Scheduling & Missed Classes

Class times are agreed with you in advance across your timezone. If you need to reschedule, please inform us on WhatsApp with at least 12 hours' notice and we will move the class to another slot that week. Students are expected to join classes on time; sessions are 1-on-1 live lessons.

5. Tutor Matching

You may request a male or female tutor. Tutor switching is free if the match isn't right — usually within 24 hours. All tutors are native Arabic speakers, certified and background-checked.

6. Student Conduct

Classes are respectful learning environments. We reserve the right to discontinue service (with a pro-rata refund of unused paid classes) in cases of abusive behaviour toward tutors.

7. Certificates

A certificate of completion may be issued for levels completed with us, on request via WhatsApp. These are completion certificates from ArabiPro and are not government-accredited diplomas — we are honest about this.

8. Limitation of Liability

Learning outcomes depend on consistent attendance and practice. While we provide structured teaching and honest progress guidance, we cannot guarantee specific results or timelines for any individual student.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally; the version on this page always applies. Material changes will be communicated on WhatsApp to active students.
