1. What We Collect

When you book a free trial or contact us, we ask only for what is needed to arrange your classes:

• Your name and WhatsApp number
• Course interest, the learner's age/level, and tutor preference (male/female)
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp about scheduling and progress

We do not collect card details on this website — payments are confirmed over WhatsApp.

2. How We Use It

Your details are used solely to:

• Contact you about classes, scheduling, and trial bookings
• Send progress reports and class reminders on WhatsApp
• Match you with a suitable tutor

3. What We Never Do

• We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
• We never send spam — only class-related messages you can stop anytime.
• We never publish student names, photos, or details without explicit written permission.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This website is a simple static site. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. Our friendly on-page chatbot runs entirely in your browser — your typed questions stay on your device unless you choose to send them to us on WhatsApp.

5. Data Security

Access to student records is limited to our small team and the assigned tutor. WhatsApp messages are protected by WhatsApp's own end-to-end encryption.

6. Children's Privacy

We teach children from age 4. We collect only a parent's/guardian's contact details and the child's first name and age for scheduling — never more. Parents may request deletion of their child's information at any time.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time message us on WhatsApp to see, update, or delete your personal information. We will action deletion requests promptly — no questions, no dark patterns.

8. Contact

For any privacy question, message us on WhatsApp at +92 306 5015322.
